Dusit International To Working On DusitThani Hoi An

For those looking for a family resort in Danang, or in nearby Hoi An, DusitThani International, one of Thailand’s biggest hotel and property development groups, has recently just signed an agreement with the Hoi An Royal Group for the management of the DusitThani Hoi An, the company’s first DusitThani branded hotel in Vietnam.

The property is located in Dien Ban Town, near Hoi An, one of the more popular tourist spots in the Southern Coast of Vietnam, alongside Da Nang. The property is currently under development, and is set to open in 2021, with 180 guest rooms and 69 luxury villas, which would make it one of the largest internationally branded properties in the area.

The resort is aimed at both leisure and MICE travellers and sports amenities like a large outdoor swimming pool, multiple function rooms, a fully equipped gym, a bar and lobby lounge, as well as a high-end spa for those looking for wellness options. Wellness will also be a major consideration in the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, featuring healthy dishes from Asia and across the world, all made with the finest and freshest ingredients.

The hotel is situated a mere half hour of driving away from Da Nang International Airport, not far from many a family resort in Danang, while Hoi An Riverside and Old Town centre is only 10 minutes away.

Dusit International COO Lim Boon Kwee says that their unique Thai take on hospitality combined with Vietnamese culture and design forms the heart of the DusitThani Hoi An, which he believes puts it in the perfect position to provide a perfect rest spot for those looking to see the ancient beauty of Hoi An.

He says that DusitThani is proud to have been chosen by the Hoi An Royal Group to manage the property, and that they look forward to setting the hotel apart when it finally opens in 2021.

Hoi An Royal Group Chair Nguyen PhuQuy says that Hoi An is quickly growing in popularity as a travel destination, having seen around 5 million visitors in 2018, a huge up from the 2.4 million in 2017. Nguyen says that they’re looking to leverage this fast-growing market, and, to that end, they’ve partnered up with DusitThani, who they believe shares their vision for excellence.
